Safeguarding & Welfare
We are committed to creating a welcoming, respectful and safe environment for everyone attending Three Hares Folk Camp.
If at any point during the weekend you feel uncomfortable or have concerns about your own or someone else’s welfare, please speak to one of the organisers.
All participants are expected to treat one another with kindness and respect.
Photography & Filming
Photography and filming will take place during the weekend for promotional and archival purposes.
If you would prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please let the organisers know before the event so we can make appropriate arrangements.
Accessibility
We want Three Hares Folk Camp to be as welcoming and inclusive as possible.
The weekend takes place on a working farm. While there are no stairs or steps on site, access throughout involves uneven ground, grassy areas and outdoor pathways. This may present challenges for some participants.
We recognise that access needs vary widely, and we encourage anyone with accessibility requirements — including mobility, sensory, neurodivergent, or health-related needs — to contact us in advance. We will be very happy to discuss your individual requirements and will do our best to make reasonable adjustments wherever possible.
If you are unsure whether the site will work for you, please get in touch — we would much rather have a conversation beforehand.
Alcohol
Alcohol may be brought in moderation. We ask everyone to drink responsibly and respectfully.
There will also be a bar serving a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks during the weekend.
